If you are anything like us, you have at least one pair of old swimming goggles sitting in a cupboard. Imagine you could put them to use to help kids to conquer their fear of the water? (not dogs, those are here just to get your attention) Well you can! Send them to us and we will give you a discount voucher to use in our store.

50 years ago this year, the islands of St Kitts and Nevis, in the Leeward islands of the Caribbean, suffered the Christena Maritime Disaster, a ferry shipwreck with 233 lives lost. This incident has greatly affected the local populations attitude towards the water and the SKN Swimming Federation has been working for the past 10 years to try and help them see that there is nothing to be afraid of in the Ocean.

This year the Federation launched GIFTING GOGGLES to encourage visitors to the islands to leave behind their goggles or bring any spare adults or kids goggles and leave those. These are then distributed amongst the swim programs so the swimmers can see there is nothing scary in the water.

Worry Less Design are travelling to the islands to swim the 4km cross-channel swim at the end of March and we would love to take your spare adults or kids goggles with us. Our local leisure centre has already raided their long term lost property box and we are emptying our friends, family and our own cupboards. But we NEED MORE!If you have any goggles going spare, can you please pop them in an envelope and send them to us at the address below. We will then send you a voucher for 20% off anything in our store.
